Restorative Exercise is the modality of Nutritious Movement- the idea that our bodies need a diversity of movement the same way we need a full spectrum of nutrients in our diets. It's a corrective exercise-based system that helps restore natural alignment, strength, stability, mobility, and flexibility where needed, and function to the underused or overworked parts of the body. It's a great starting place for sedentary or restricted-movement lifestyles, and also a powerful recovery strategy for active lifestyles!
