MovNat workouts include skills in crawling, jumping, balancing, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, climbing, vaulting, breathing, walking, running, ground movement, combatives, and aquatics. A MovNat practice inherently leads to increased strength and fitness- but the benefits to physique are the result of your improved movement ability!
