In your herbal consultation, you can expect a warm and welcoming listening space! This consultation is about learning your health history, concerns, and current goals. We'll start with a review of your health history, and in longer consultations (60 min) we'll check in with each of your body systems. In shorter sessions (30 min) we'll jump right to your health goals and your main requests for herbal support. We'll identify your biggest health struggles and the obstacles that might be holding you back from your goals. We'll also look at your lifestyle influences like stress levels, work load, diet, sleep, and movement.

Once we've got a detailed a picture of your lifestyle, I'll provide herbal and lifestyle recommendations to best help fulfill your health goals. You'll have the opportunity to purchase custom-blended formulas created for your specific situation, which will be available for pickup or shipping within 48 hrs. We'll have time to answer any questions you have about herbal support, how to take your formulas, and/or any other questions you have regarding your unique situation! Finally, we'll schedule a follow-up appointment in 4-6 weeks to check on your progress, address any new issues, make any needed adjustments, and give you a big high five for taking care of your self!
